Tax Credits:
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 was signed
February 17, 2009 by President Obama. This act provided additional
tax credits above those available in 2008. The new tax credits are
designed to assist the home owner improve the energy efficiency of
their home and a number of air conditioning, heating and water
heaters qualify. Currently these credits are good for up to $1500 or
30% of the installed cost and must be installed in your principal
residence by December 31, 2011
